# Where to find it in Studio

Studio is `https://app.ninjo.ai`. Agent page: `/studio/<influencerId>/agents/<agentId>`.
Conversation: `/studio/<influencerId>/messages/<conversationId>`. The agent tab **"Triggers"** was
called Conversation Replies; its URL still ends in `/conversation-replies`.

- CSV columns: `instagram_username, whatsapp_number, email, facebook_name, tiktok_username`. The
  blocklist is per agent and each upload replaces it. "Positivo" does the opposite: routes the
  listed users to this agent.
- Link tracking and link buttons are per agent, not per workspace.
