## What this sample teaches (read before reusing)
- **Audience bifurcation**: the agent's first move is a fork between two buyer personas (`como familia` = a generic non-professional buyer, `como profesional` = the professional buyer). Each branch has its own flow. This is the load-bearing pattern of the sample.
- **Keyword-routing over a 5-step flow**: campaign keywords route the lead into the flow; the flow itself is open (fork → know the lead → empathy → graded pitch → booking gate).
- **Consultative motion (mid-ticket)**: diagnose-then-pitch in the DM, no price in chat, booking-gated.
